Delicious High Vibration Brown Rice Salad

This delicious high vibration brown rice salad is one of my favourite meals. It is tasty and super healthy, which helps keep your vitality high. The ingredients listed here are vegetable based (highest vibration). However, you can add any other ingredients you may have available.

I tend to eat this super quick and easy to make meal about once a week. It is a favourite for when I need a little boost or am in a quiet and reflective mood or when I am working on spiritual communication.

When I cook, I typically don’t follow a strict recipe and will adjust amounts depending on what I feel like and require at that time. So the following recipe should be used as a guideline. Please feel free to add to it what you wish, remember that vegetables tend to be higher vibration.

Brown Rice Salad Ingredients

The ingredients you will need are:

  • 1 cup of brown rice
  • 2 good lugs of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • half a cucumber
  • finely chopped small red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • a big bunch of parsley
  • one small red chilli or dried chilli flakes
  • can of beans (I like cannellini beans although any beans are fine)
  • salt and pepper if you wish

Preparation

Cook the rice as per pack instructions. You can add some vegetable stock to the cooking rice if you wish (try and use a low sodium one if possible). While the rice is cooking prepare the vegetables. Chop the tomatoes and cucumber into small chunks. Finely chop the parsley, red onion, and red chilli. Open the can of beans and put them in a sieve and run them thoroughly under cold running water. This helps remove any natural sugars which may cause bloating.

Once the rice has cooked, remove it from the heat and ensure all water is drained off. Add a good slug of olive oil and stir it in. Leave the rice to cool to about room temperature. Once cooled add another slug of olive oil and add the minced garlic, chilli, and half the parsley. Mix well and then add the remainder of the ingredients. Stir well and season to taste. Serve in a bowl and top with the remaining parsley.

Bon appetite!
