The Personal Power Empowerment attunement, founded by Reiki Master Stephanie Brail, aims to empower you and keep you in your personal power in situations where you have no choice but to be surrounded by ‘toxic people’.

The attunement aims to help you remain calm and centred during stressful family gatherings or meetings that you’d rather avoid. However, this empowerment is not an instant cure-all.

Other people’s free will also needs to be taken into consideration; at times, it is still best to remove yourself from a particular situation or environment. This empowerment gives you space while you take action.
