Returns & Refunds
Blissful Light wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we have a no fuss returns policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for absolutely any reason, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Cosmetics, Cleaning Products, Personal Items, Soaps and Toiletries.
For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
Courses, Treatments & Readings
Due to digital download of manuals and the custom made nature of attunements, treatments and readings, we are unable to offer a refund. However, we want you to be satisfied, so please do speak to us and we will try our best to resolve any issues.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can cancel the order at any time up to 14 days starting the day after the product was delivery to you, with the exception of courses, treatments and readings.
Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the returns address and support you through the process.
If the product is faulty, please can you let us know and explain what the fault is and return the product in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear.
Please note deals and 3 for 2 offers will not qualify for a full refund.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £2.50
Returning An Item
Exchanges are processed once the returned goods are received.
We advise that all returned goods and products be send using a recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return.
