The Body Care attunement, founded by Reiki Master Mariah Windsong Couture, aims to align the vibration of the spaces between your cells with you and your body's consciousness.
This attunement is aimed at anyone who does a lot of energy work or has gone through spiritual growth.
With spiritual work, your spirit and body’s energy frequencies increase; however, the gaps between the cells don't always catch up, leaving you feeling out of sync.
The energies of this system aim to keep your body, spirit and consciousness in sync and at the same frequency.

The attunement works with CARE, an acronym for "Calling All Responsive Eternals." These spiritual light beings of love, including angels, Ascended Masters, and other beings of light, are called upon to conduct the energy healing session while the recipient rests comfortably.
