Mental Flush Empowerments (Levels 1-2)

The Mental Flush Empowerments (Levels 1-2) attunements, founded by Reiki Master Stephanie Brail, aim to heal the mental body by clearing the mind of negative energies and thought forms.

The mental body, which is a layer of the aura, holds and processes energies associated with thought. When you have negative thought forms, especially repetitive negative thoughts, these may cause blockages and distortions within your mental body.

These non-serving energies can often be created by the culture or environment around you or by your negative thinking. These negative thought forms may even come from your family, friends, and workplace.

There are two functions within the Mental Flush Empowerments:

Mental Flush Empowerment Level 1

• Aims to clear negative thought forms and release negative thinking from the mental body. This flush may help clear and calm the mind.

Mental Flush Empowerment Level 2

• Aims to uplift and inspire the mental body once the negative thought forms have been cleared.

The Mental Flush Empowerments work very well alongside the Negativity Flush.
