- Psychological Readiness: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or feeling emotionally unstable, you might find it helpful to wait until you feel more balanced before trying an attunement.
- Substance Use: Similarly, recreational drug or alcohol use can affect your energetic clarity, so maintaining a clear state may support your attunement journey.
- Lack of Personal Intent: You may wish to clarify your own reasons for seeking an attunement. If you feel pressured to receive one, taking time to reflect could help determine whether you truly want this experience.
- Medical Emergencies: Attunements are spiritual and are not meant to substitute for psychiatric or medical care. It may be helpful to seek appropriate help if needed.

The Neteru Duality Egyptian Healing System is gentle yet powerful, much like Seichim.
This healing system has many uses, including animal healing, self-healing, cleansing of space and environment, and energy balancing.
The 35-page manual discusses:
- Myths and legends of Ancient Egypt.

- How to make your own incense.
- The Neteru duality mantra.
- The black scarab and golden pyramid chi ball technique.
- The four-fold breathing technique.

You can use these energies for yourself and others, and you can also attune others to them.
