The three levels:

Level 1 (The Foundations of Universal Life Force Energy): Connect with the traditional history and direct lineage of Mikao Usui. Learn self-healing methods and ways to share life-force energy with plants, animals, and loved ones. Key topics include:

• Techniques for increasing and scanning energy flow.
• Specific traditional treatment protocols.

Level 3 (The Master Teacher Pathway & Shinto Practices): Move into the master level of Usui Teate Reiki. Learn mindfulness practices, Shinto sacred sounds, and internal energy work through traditional empowerments. Advanced techniques include:

• Hatsu Rei Ho: The complete 9-stage meditative practice for spiritual development.
• Kenyoku (Dry Bathing): Ritual cleansing to disconnect from stress and protect your energy field.
• Joshin Kokkyu Ho: Intentional breathing to intensify energy in your Dantien (lower belly).
• Kotodama: Working with the sacred, ancient spiritual sounds.

Four Manuals (One per level, plus an additional supplemental Master manual): These guides help you learn Usui Teate Reiki by covering its theory, history, and practice. They give you practical knowledge and skills.

Three Distanced Reiki Attunements: You will receive three distant attunements (one per level), prepared as Chi Ball Attunements at the same time. 

Attunement Lineage: After you complete the distant Reiki attunement course, you will receive your attunement lineage that connects you directly to Mikao Usui. This course respects the historic lineage of Mikao Usui, Chujiro Hayashi, and Hawayo Takata. • How do I receive the attunement?
  Your attunement will be prepared as a Chi Ball Attunement after you request it. You can then receive the energy at any time when you are calm and relaxed.
• How soon will I receive my manual?
  You can download your digital manual immediately after purchase, via email or your order confirmation page.
• What if I don't feel anything immediately?
  Energy works subtly. Some feel warmth or tingling; others simply feel calm. The attunement works whether you feel sensations or not. Craig can answer questions and guide you at any stage.
