The distant gTumo Mao Shan attunement course aims to teach gTumo (meaning sacred fire) which has previously been kept hidden and secret by Tibetan Llamas.
gTumo has it’s origins in ancient China, where Tibetan Llamas would use the energies originally for healing purposes, although they found that the energies could also be used to raise the temperature of their bodies (very useful for living on high, icy mountains) and for mystical, spiritual, protection and manifestation purposes.
gTumo is very similar in nature to kundalini energy, although it is a separate energy and located slightly higher in the body. These two energies work very well together, though. The energies are also felt slightly differently to kundalini energy. gTumo is often felt as a spiritual heat that rises up the spine and is said to feel like ‘hot melted chocolate’ which helps explain the texture, density and heat of the energy.
gTumo Mao Shan has three aspects that allow the energies to be used in certain ways namely gTumo Exoteric (healing the body, emotions, mind and spirit), gTumo Isoteric (non-healing spiritual consciousness and materialisation), and gTumo Mystic (enhanced spiritual growth and manifestation).
gTumo Mao Shan is taught over 4 levels, with one attunement (Angkur) per level, with each level significantly increasing the strength of the energy. When you complete the fourth level, Vajra Master gTumo, you will be able to teach and attune others. There are 16 symbols included in this system.
There is no prerequisite knowledge required although energy healing knowledge would be useful.
The manual is translated into English and there are 4 attunements.
