10 Ways To Get The Most Out Of Your Distant Attunements

Distant attunements may be the catalyst for a wonderful journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and wholeness. 1. Activate the energies!

You must activate and use the energies regularly, follow the instructions in the manual and commit to working with the energies as often as possible, and then you may start to gain the benefits.

2. Drink plenty of water and rest

Once you accept your attunement, it is good to drink plenty of water. This is because following an attunement your body will be in the process of removing non-serving and negative energies. This process is helped by staying well hydrated. Also, energy flows far better if you are well hydrated.

3. Be honest and embrace change

Following your attunement and working with the energies, you may start to see certain situations, events and even your life for what they are. 5. Suffering can’t be avoided, but you can change your perception

Many feel that the only way to be happy is to be perfect, abundant and whole - all the time. That anything that causes suffering should and must be avoided at all costs. The reality is that life is full of suffering and it can’t be avoided. No matter how hard you try to create the perfect life or pursue spiritual practice with the aim of erasing suffering, it will still happen. What you can do though is change your perception of suffering. One great way of doing this is reminding yourself of the bigger picture that nothing lasts forever. 6. You are not your thoughts - be mindful

Often when working with energies following accepting your attunement, you may become more aware of your thoughts. It is straightforward to say if you do not get the results you want now then you will never get the results you want. Or this is too difficult, and you will never work through things. Personal empowerment and healing are often more about the process than the results.

8. Gut feelings

Following an attunement, it is essential to listen to your gut feelings. This is sometimes felt in the solar plexus region. When you experience an energetic clearing, often your intuition starts to become clearer which may first manifest as a gut feeling. This feeling may then lead to a knowing within you. Listen to what it is saying as it will guide you to what you need to do and where you need to be.

9. Remember your dreams

It is not uncommon to have vivid and many dreams following an attunement. Dreams may offer you an excellent way to see what may need your focus. Dreams will bring to your attention things that must be addressed.

10. Don’t control outcomes

Probably the most essential way to get the most out of your attunements energy is to try not to control the outcome. The outcome could be the desired result, how you think something should be done, who must be involved and what the outcome should look like (What Is Intention?). When you control how you want the results to be, you will limit the universe in its ability to provide the very best for you.
